Taopan Handpans are handcrafted in the magnificent nature area Eifel in Germany, very close to the metropol city of Cologne (Köln). With love and passion these sound sculptures are manufactured by Jan Tao. He puts big amounts of time, heart and effort into each Handpan to strive for the most perfect sound. Every instrument he creates is an unique expression of his art that already inspired many sound lovers all over the planet. Jan's creations have been shipped from Germany to many different places in the world. Taopan Handpans combine beautiful sustain, great note stability and remarkable appearance into extraordinary pieces of art. Jan's instruments are being played by a variety of different people, from professional musicians to people who never touched an instrument before.
